From a young and trendy lifestyle brand, Globe was born in a spirit of irreverence and modernity. In the mid-1970s, the two brothers Stephen and Pete Hill discovered a passion for skateboarding, and contributed to its emergence on the Australian scene. Wishing to create their own products, they started by selling their shoes on local markets, and out of thei car boots. In the 1980s, they travel to develop their brand internationally. Globe was born in the 1990s, with the idea of creating an equivalent of the skate shoe suitable for sliding. In 2001, Globe launched a collection of clothing and innovative accessories. Always current and guided by the same philosophy, the Globe brand continues to deliver quality products combining style, performance, comfort and durability.
