Why do I have to set up an account?

To process your orders, we need certain information from you, such as a delivery address, billing address, e-mail etc.
And by opening an account, you also benefit from the full range of services offered by Sarenza, such as order tracking, item returns, order history, etc.
The information in your Sarenza account is only used when you buy something on Sarenza. We never share your information with third parties or other retailers.
You can modify your information at any time via your online account.
The information can also be deleted completely from our database on request.

How is the personal information from my account used?

The information in your Sarenza account is only used when you buy something on Sarenza. It is never shared with third parties or other retailers.
Sarenza is registered with CNIL, the French data protection authority, under numbers 1094140 and 1094139.
This registration represents Sarenza's commitment to abide by the law of 6 January, 1978 on data processing, data files and individual liberties. In accordance with this law, you have the right to view and modify your own personal data.
Your bank details (including card number) are never in our possession as all bank transactions are processed directly by Société Générale.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

You can unsubscribe from the Sarenza newsletter simply by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page in the last newsletter you received. Alternatively you can send an e-mail to with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.

I've forgotten my username/password

Your username is easy to remember: it's your e-mail address.
If you've forgotten your password, go to "My Account" and click on "Forgotten your Password?". We will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
