How do I give a Sarenza gift card?

You can simply visit the gift card section of our website ( to choose a design and fill in the information about the gift card you would like to offer.
You can choose from among 7 different amounts from £20 to £300. You will be able to select the amount you'd like from a drop-down menu.

Can I select a date to send my Sarenza gift card?

Yes, of course! You will be able to choose a sending date on the gift card creation page. You can send the gift card to the recipient within one year.

How will the recipient be informed that he has a gift card?

We will send an e-mail to the recipient upon confirmation of your order or on the date you selected. This e-mail will present the design you chose, your name, and your personal message. You will also receive a copy of this e-mail.

Can I print out the gift card and give it to the recipient in person?

Certainly! Your confirmation e-mail will contain a link that will allow you to download a paper version of the gift card. You can then print the document and fold it as indicated to have an attractive, personalised card.

Can I offer more than one Sarenza gift card?

You can order up to 5 gift cards per order. Simply fill in the information for the first card, then click on "Add another gift card" to access the gift card page again.

Can I order gift cards and other items in the same order?

You cannot combine items and a gift card in one order. If you want to order shoes, clothes or accessories and buy one or more gift cards, we invite you to place two separate orders.

Can I buy Sarenza gift cards in a store?

I made a mistake when entering the recipient's e-mail address. How can I change it?

For security reasons, we cannot, unfortunately, modify the recipient's e-mail address once you have entered it in your order. If you make a mistake, and the gift card has not yet been activated, then we can cancel the order and refund you the corresponding amount.

How can I cancel a Sarenza gift card order?

You can contact our customer service department at 0161 250 0820 if you need to cancel your order. Simply tell us your order number and we can totally or partially cancel the order, as long as the corresponding gift card has not been activated. You can request an order cancellation within three months maximum after the card has been sent to the recipient.

My gift card recipient never received an e-mail, what should I do?

You can contact our customer service department at 0161 250 0820 in order to have the gift card e-mail re-sent to the recipient.

How do I use my Sarenza gift card?

First, you can activate your gift card by clicking on the link in the e-mail you received. Then, you can log in to your Sarenza account or create one if you are a new customer. The amount that you were given will be shown as a voucher credit in your account. You will see the amount in your order basket when you're ready to confirm your order, simply make sure that the voucher amount is selected when you're ready to complete payment.

For how long is my gift card valid?

You have one year to activate your Sarenza gift card from the time that the card is sent. The corresponding voucher amount will also be valid for one year from the sending date.

Someone gave me a printed gift card, how do I use it?

You can activate your gift card on our website by clicking on the link in the e-mail that you should receive. Gift cards must be activated before they can be used.

I have activated my gift card, now how do I spend it?

The voucher amount corresponding to your gift card is available in your Sarenza account until it expires (one year from the date it is sent). The amount will be automatically offered in your order basket. You can simply select the voucher when placing your order in order to spend the amount.

I would like to buy an item that costs more than the amount on my gift card, what should I do?

You can use any other payment method to pay for the rest of your order after the gift card amount has been applied.

What happens if I decide to return an item that I purchased with my gift card?

We will re-activate the gift card amount spent in the form of a voucher. If you also used another payment method, then that amount will be reimbursed via the same payment method.
