The Tosca Blu brand was founded in 1998 in the Milan region by two people passionate about accessories and leather goods. Strengthened by 20 years' experience in the manufacture of bags and leather accessories for large Italian and international companies, Giacomo Ronzoni and his wife Raffaella Condursi—spurred on by the birth of their first daughter—decided to launch their own brand. Tosca Blu specialised first and foremost in bags, but soon filled its collections with shoes, belts, sunglasses and other small leather accessories.
