I cant believe theres been no hassle about returns and refunds!! Its just been so simple from start to finish, from ordering right through to returns. The shoes were beautiful by the way and I love the selection. I shall definitely use you again as this has been such an easy shopping experience. I wish all shoe mail order companies could be as good!

I was recommended to this website by a friend , who has purchased several items of footwear from Sarenza over the last year. She has been extremely pleased with her purchases.Sarenza offers something different from the high street at competitive prices.The free delivery and returns is very helpful.I did find it slightly difficult to locate the 'coco et abricot pyxide' boots on the website perhaps because they were not with the other sale boots(unfortunately!).I'm sure I will use the site again.
