Studio Pollini
According to Studio Pollini, footwear is as precious as jewelry. The history of this luxury fashion label can be traced back to the early 20th century, with the collaboration of two brothers: Romeo and Domenico Pollini, who launched their shoe range in the Italian community of San Mauro Pascoli. It was their technical craft and expertise, which earned them a great reputation for their family business. During the 1960s, the brand integrated industrial technologies, which gave a particular quality care to the materials used. Their first store opened in Ravenna, followed by others in Italy and Japan. Over the last decade, Studio Pollini has been a true success story, which has seen an increasing number of collaborations with other designers. Launched at an international level, Studio Pollini presents collections twice a year in Düsseldorf, Paris, New York, Milan and Bologna. In 2010, Nicholas Kirkwood was named Creative Director for Pollini footwear. Having graduated from the prestigious St. Martins School, the young French designer has already proven his worth with his stunning, sculptured high heel shoes, which are cutting-edge to perfection! It is a sign that more beautiful creations are a mark of the future for Studio Pollini shoes.
