The world of luxury fashion accessories has now to count on a new promising recruit: Sandie Jancovek. Daughter of a Slovak glassblower master, she was early initiated to design. She first studied art history before graduating from Studio Bercot in 1999. Sandie Jacovek quickly worked for the most famous fashion houses: Sonia Rykiel got her started and afterwards she spent 5 years in charge of the shoe collection for Ernesto Esposito. But Sandie wanted to stand on her own two feet and created her own brand. Smart, refined and visionary, Jancovek shoes abound with these little details that make the difference: a bold and colourful palette, a graphical and playful spirit, exceptional ornaments (bolts, nuts and screws) and of course a choice of rare and luxurious materials. Because she has this childhood fascination, because she likes to tell us stories, because she knows coquettes very well, she designs sophisticated shoes defined as “poetic-industrial” and as “a bit conceptual”. Full of grace and yet not too-much shoes.
Do you love Jancovek as much as we do?
