How to make a simple and free return with Collect+
1. Prepare your package:
- Make sure the items are in brand new condition, not worn but simply tried on with their original box intact.
- Place the original shoe box in a parcel so that it will arrive to us without sustaining any damage.
- Put your return slip inside your parcel.
2. Stick the Collect+ label onto the parcel.
3. Hand in your parcel to a Collect+ store of your choice. You will be given a receipt with a tracking code that you must keep safe.

We will reimburse you as soon as possible within one to two weeks following the items being re-entered in stock.
