How do I sponsor a friend?
You can recommend friends who've never ordered from Sarenza before and build up purchase credits in the form of vouchers. How does it work? It's very simple! Click on "Sponsorship" and enter your friends' e-mail addresses.
Then click "Send" and that's it! Your friends will receive an e-mail telling them you've recommended them, along with an introductory voucher welcoming them to Sarenza. You can recommend as may friends as you want and build up an unlimited number of vouchers!
How does it work?
As soon as one of your recommended friends makes a purchase worth more than £40 from Sarenza and this order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and your Sarenza customer account will be credited with a £5 voucher.
How can I use these vouchers?
Your vouchers are shown in your Sarenza customer account. They can be used on any order with a minimum value of £40 and are offered automatically when you pay for your order. You can use as many vouchers as you wish as part of an order. If you've earned sufficient credit to pay for that special pair of shoes you want, then you'll get them free thanks to all your recommendations. Your vouchers can be used during sales! They can also be used in conjunction with other promotions while they are valid! (Vouchers are valid for 1 year)
What happens if I have to return my shoes?
If you have to return an order, the voucher(s) used to pay for the goods will be re-credited to your Sarenza customer account once your return has been accepted, proportionate to the value of the returned goods.
What happens if one of my recommendee friends returns his/her shoes?
You are awarded a voucher as soon as one of your recommendee friends places an order worth at least £40. If one of your recommended friends returns the whole order, your Sarenza customer account will be debited with the corresponding voucher amount, i.e. £5. However, if this particular friend recommendee or another recommendee friend places another order to a minimum value of £40, £5 will be added back to your account! If you've already used all your vouchers, Sarenza reserves the right to claim the additional payment from you.
How does the "tell a friend" system work for friends?
Any friend who has not previously ordered from Sarenza will receive an e-mail informing him/her that he/she has been recommended to discover Sarenza and can claim £5 off any order for £40 or above. With Sarenza, you can recommend several times, but can only be recommended once! Only households who have not previously ordered from Sarenza can therefore be recommended.
As a recommendee friend, how do I use my voucher?
Your voucher will appear in your Sarenza customer account. It will automatically be offered to you when you pay for any order worth £40 or over. If you decide to return your shoes, your voucher will be re-credited to your Sarenza customer account once your return has been accepted, proportionate to the value of the returned goods.
