Ordering
How do I place an order?
Shopping on sarenza.co.uk couldn't be easier: simply browse our website using the different tabs - Women's, Men's, Children's and Accessories - or use the search engine or the "Themes" option (Category or Use). Make your selection and click "Add to Basket". Then click "Order" and follow the on-screen instructions.
How long before my order is shipped?
If you chose the free delivery option, any order placed before 12 midday (Monday to Friday included) is processed on the same day, i.e. it is destocked, controlled, packaged, stamped and handed to the deliverer. Orders placed after 12 midday are given top priority on the next working day. You are informed by e-mail the night of the dispatch and you can start tracking your order 48h after you have placed it, on the website www.hdnl.co.uk.
If you have opted for the express delivery, any order placed before 11AM will be shipped the same day. You will be able to track the parcel on ups.com.
How do I use a promotional code?
If you have a Sarenza promotional code, just enter it in the "Promotional Code" box under your basket before confirming your order. Once entered, click on "Confirm Your Code" and the promotion will be applied directly to the value of your basket.
How can I pay?
Sarenza offers you two different methods of payment
- By credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- By Paypal
Is the payment system secure?
Absolutely - thanks to the online payment system provided by our banking partner, Société Générale. Your bank details will be encrypted, which means they'll be coded in such a way that they are totally illegible on the Internet. What's more, they're only processed by Société Générale and never by Sarenza. In fact, when you enter your card details to make a purchase from Sarenza, you're actually supplying them to Société Générale and not to Sarenza. The technology behind it all: the secure system is based on 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. This encryption is handled entirely by Atos's SIPS (Secure Internet Payment Services) process, the most widely-used Internet payment system in France.
