How can I track my order?
At the moment your order is dispatched (see below for shipment delays) you will receive an email (subject line: Your Sarenza order has been dispatched) in which you have a link that enable you to track your order in HDNL network (check your spam box if you can't see it).
It will take up to 48h to have this tracking working. Once you see your order "sorted at Droitwich" it will take between 1 and 3 days to have it delivered to your home. 98% of our parcels are delivered within 3 and 4 working days, if your parcel takes more than 7 working days to arrive please contact us and we'll investigate to locate your parcel.
What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?
If you are not home at the time of the delivery, the driver will only complete a delivery if the parcel can be left in a safe, dry, and secure location (or in line with the customer's specific request). You will then receive a "call card" with information on where the parcel was left. If it is not possible to ensure that a parcel can be left in a dry, safe and secure location, you will receive another "call card" in order to contact the central "call card bureau" to arrange a convenient delivery date. If, after the first attempt no contact is made by you to arrange a second delivery attempt within 5 working days, HDNL will return the parcel to our dispatch site.
When is my parcel sent?
Any order placed before 12 midday (Monday to Friday only, according to order validation) is processed the same day, i.e. it is destocked, controlled, packaged, stamped and handed to the deliverer. Orders placed after 12 midday are processed with priority the next working day. You are informed by mail the night of the sending and you can start tracking your order 48h after you have placed it, on the HDNL website.
We only offer deliveries to UK Mainland postcodes (the Isle of Wight is included).
